We also offer succulent Pork Porchetta, a traditional Italian roast that's become a customer favourite, and Turdurkens, a festive poultry masterpiece perfect for special occasions. Our free-range turkeys, sourced from local Tasmanian farms, are always in high demand. For those planning outdoor celebrations, our gourmet BBQ selections are ideal, or if you follow other traditions, we also offer 13kg and 23kg roasts.
We provide personalised service, offering advice on serving quantities, cooking times, and custom meal planning to suit your event’s needs. Orders close 5pm Friday, 5th December, and a minimum 10% deposit is required when placing your order. To place your order, head in-store and the team would be delighted to help.
